Product Analytics Dashboard

Understanding your product's forecast, inventory, and turnover metrics

The analytics dashboard helps you make data-driven decisions about inventory management by providing three key views: Forecast, Inventory Levels, and Inventory Turnover.

Dashboard Overview

Product Header

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find:

  • Product name and SKU
  • Warehouse location
  • Hot/Cold item toggle for priority tracking

Three Main Views

1. Forecast View

Shows demand prediction and historical data:

  • Blue line: Historical demand
  • Green line: Forecasted demand
  • Shaded area: Forecast confidence range
  • Monthly breakdown for the next year

2. Inventory Levels

Tracks stock levels over time:

  • Blue bars: Current stock levels
  • Red bars: Below reorder point
  • Lighter bars: Projected inventory
  • Red dashed line: Reorder point threshold

You can switch between daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly views to analyze different time periods.

3. Inventory Turnover

Monitors inventory efficiency:

  • Orange line: Actual turnover rate
  • Green dashed line: Target turnover rate
  • Monthly tracking for optimization

Key Metrics

The dashboard displays four critical numbers:

  • Current Stock: Available inventory
  • Reorder Point: Minimum stock threshold
  • Sales Velocity: Units sold per day
  • Days Left: Time until reorder point

When stock approaches the reorder point, the system will highlight this in red to prompt action.
